This warming core flow is sprinkled with opportunities to play with hops and kicks towards handstand. We prepare by waking up connections between our limbs and core, then if you feel in the mood, bring your hands down and lift-off. All inversions are taught as options, so if it’s not your thing, there’s still a good strong practice in here for you.
