Yoga Pass Policies
- Validity: All passes are valid for classes offered by Kushala Yoga only.
- Refunds: All passes are non-refundable. When you cancel a recurring pass, you can access your pass until the payment anniversary date. Charges will not be prorated upon cancellation.
- Reservations: Up to 3 reservations can be booked in advance. Reservations can be booked up to 1 week before the class’s start time.
- Usage: Memberships can be used by the account holder only and cannot be shared.
- Class cancellations: Classes can be cancelled up to 2 hours in advance.
- No Shows: No-shows will be deducted from your pass as if you attended (-1 visit). The pass you used to reserve the class will be debited. If you have an All Access Pass or Introductory Pass, a $10 no-show fee will be charged to your default payment method.
- Activation Date: All passes must be activated no later than 6 months of their purchase date, or at the date set forth by specific terms of a promotion. If a pass has been purchased with a renewal discount, it will be automatically activated within 1 week of the previous pass’s expiration date.
- Extensions and Holds: Passes will not be extended past their expiry date or put on hold (*see Exceptions)
- Transfers: Passes may be transferred once to another individual. The original expiry date applies to the transferred pass.
- Exceptions*: If a medical condition prevents you from using your pass by its expiry date, please email inquiry@kushalayoga.com. Children under 18 may use their parent’s Punch Card (not Shala, Flex, or All-Access Memberships).
