Orphée Ladouceur-Nguyen

Orphée fell in love with yoga in Montreal in 2013 and has been an avid practitioner ever since. She has always embraced physicality as an essential part of her identity, competing in sports like tennis, gymnastics, swimming, hip-hop dance, and taekwondo. The skills she acquired through these diverse disciplines opened the door to an exhilarating career as a stunt double and actress. Alongside her partner, she also co-leads a martial arts program for stunt performers, a role that fills her with purpose and joy.

Her commitment to personal growth led her to complete a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification last year at Kushala Yoga, a milestone that deepened her understanding of the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Orphée hopes to use the practice of yoga as a way to help people reconnect to their bodies and strengthen that relationship, to ultimately improve their overall wellbeing. She is committed to inspiring others to cultivate balance, intention, and fulfillment through movement, breath, and mindfulness.

She is also the proud mother of a 3-year-old daughter with whom she has already started practicing (loosely!).
