Olga is a passionate Pilates instructor with a deep appreciation for the Pilates Method and its many variations. For the past ten years, she has been dedicated to practicing and teaching Pilates, starting in Cyprus and now sharing her expertise in the Vancouver area. Her goal is to guide individuals through a journey of movement that is light, balanced, and full of energy, helping them seamlessly incorporate these principles into their daily routines.

Her love for Pilates began as a means to recover from her dance career and alleviate back pain after the birth of her two wonderful boys. Pilates has since transformed her approach to everyday movement, fostering greater awareness and promoting a healthier, more mindful lifestyle. Over the years, she has studied various approaches to the Pilates Method, including BASI, Polestar Pilates, and the Strong and Calm variation by Shannon Cluff in the Greater Vancouver area.

With over 15 years of experience as a dancer, Olga has explored a wide range of styles, from classical ballet to contemporary and hip-hop. This rich background in movement fuels her Pilates practice, allowing her to bring a unique and creative perspective to her teaching. In addition to her Pilates journey, she holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and has a passion for cooking and creative pursuits.
