An energizing, accessible yoga class for adults 40+ focused on mobility, stability and nervous system regulation. Using props, weights and chair support, this class blends functional movement, breathwork, balance practice, and active relaxation to promote vitality, mental clarity, and stress relief, supporting your physical and mental health now and for years to come.
What makes this class unique from our other classes:
- No kneeling postures – ideal for those who have knee replacements or arthritic knees.
- Seated poses may be practiced on the mat or in a chair for comfort and accessibility.
- Light weights will be incorporated for additional resistance, increasing strength and bone density.
- Standing and balancing postures will occasionally incorporate the support of a chair.
