Building on the foundation of All Levels Yoga, this class emphasizes smooth transitions between poses, creating a sense of flow while encouraging mental clarity and focus. Through a blend of fluid sequences and intentional holds, you’ll explore strength, balance, and flexibility in a way that supports both physical and emotional well-being.

This class is suitable for individuals with some experience in yoga, Pilates, or other movement practices. If you’re newer to yoga, we recommend starting with our All Levels Yoga class to establish a strong foundation.
