- Ice Bath: Step into the invigorating ice bath for a transformative cold exposure session, where you’ll learn to harness your breath and mindset to stay calm and focused under stress.
- Takeaway Tools: Gain practical tips and tools that you can use to continue influencing your body’s physiology, improve mental clarity, boost your immune system, and reduce stress.
- Community & Reflection: After the ice bath, we’ll gather for a healthy snack and a group discussion to reflect on your experience, share insights, and explore how to integrate these powerful techniques into daily life.

What to bring:
Towel, Water bottle, Swimwear, Yoga mat, Comfy cloths, Blanket if you get cold easily
