Meet Jon West

Jon has been immersed in the world of cold exposure and breathwork for over seven years, and he absolutely loves it. He believes the method addresses the whole self—mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health.

Jon has personally felt the powerful effects of these practices and is grateful for finding them when he did. There was a time when he struggled deeply with depression and anxiety, and it consumed his life. After a few tough events, he knew he needed a change, though he wasn’t sure where to begin. He felt an urgency to start living differently but lacked direction.

In 2018, Jon took a leap of faith and attended an immersive retreat with Wim Hof in Poland. He wasn’t sure what to expect, but it felt like the right step. It became a turning point in his personal evolution, allowing him to become a more conscious version of himself. It was also his first time sharing breathwork and cold exposure in a group setting, breathing together and facing the cold with strangers who quickly became friends. This experience showed him how powerful the method truly was, and since that retreat, its fundamentals have become an essential part of his everyday life.

Jon became a Wim Hof instructor to offer others the same opportunity to connect with themselves and a supportive community. Through his workshops, he aims to provide a space where people can engage in breathwork, challenge themselves through cold exposure, and experience transformation together.
